Internal implementation - delivering sustainable results
There is enormous power in getting everyone in the organization on board. Whether it's understanding how the new product will be launched or the new vision that everyone will relate to. Remember, it doesn't matter how fast the train runs if all the carriages remain on the platform. Success requires thoughtful internal implementation.
Involving internal implementation
For us at Navigator, ensuring that all employees who can influence the outcome of a communication effort also understand it and want to participate in it is a key aspect of every project. In order to gather the power of the entire organization and direct it in the same direction, it is crucial that all employees feel involved and engaged. This is achieved by creating flows of information and dialogue within the organization, and constantly evaluating and developing these flows. We have extensive experience of working with a variety of activities and tools you can use to get the whole force on board.
Special expertise in internal implementation
We at Navigator have also worked with internal implementation for many years. Several of our strategists and creators are trained in adult education in collaboration with Malmö University. We have conducted implementations in workshop form with anywhere from ten to two hundred participants.
New perspectives
Adults find it easier to relate to the smaller group than the larger one. This is why we often divide the participants in our implementation processes into groups of four to six people. We aim to mix the groups as much as possible in terms of background, titles and responsibilities. This allows everyone to contribute their perspectives and creates greater understanding of other parts of the company.
Pedagogical tools
We have a range of proprietary educational tools, models and processes that we use to implement strategies, values or understanding in large and small organizations. The pedagogical tools are developed for each client and tailored to achieve maximum impact. Many of the tools are used to support participants in their discussions and enable them to focus on the right things, to increase consensus around a key issue, to share new knowledge, to map out positions, to plan and clarify responsibilities or to propose solutions to critical issues.
Long experience in internal implementation
At Navigator, we have extensive experience of working with internal implementation for companies in B2B, B2C and Healthcare.
