Since we started more than 30 years ago, we have worked with many successful local and global companies, organizations, brands, products and services. For us at Navigator, it is a central aspect of every project to ensure that all employees who can influence the outcome of a communication effort also understand it and want to participate in it. In order to gather the power of the entire organization and direct it in the same direction, it is crucial that all employees feel involved and engaged.

We are both broad and narrow

As a full-service agency, we are broad and can help our clients with everything from branding to sales-driving activities. At the same time, we are very narrow because we have opted out of everything in fast-moving consumer goods. Our focus is on businesses with high-commitment products and services. Consumer durables, as they are sometimes called. Cars, kitchens, energy services, housing, pharmaceuticals and so on. We work with products and services with a longer buying and decision-making process that requires an even balance of emotional and rational communication to convince the customer.

We like business to business so much that it has become our main focus. Strategy, segmentation, concept development and global product launches are just some of the services we help a selection of the world's leading B2B brands with every day.

Business to consumer

We are also passionate about creating inspiring and engaging communications for high-engagement products and durable goods, such as energy services, kitchens, furniture and tires.

Healthcare

Pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life science and med tech have been one of our specialist areas for more than 20 years. We have extensive experience and knowledge of the regulatory framework surrounding communication in the Nordic and global markets. In addition, several of our employees are IMA-certified. Our ambition is to create solutions and launches that are as effective as your products.
