Challenge
ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems needed to adapt and implement the global identity for the ASSA ABLOY brand developed at Group level. This included developing guidelines for its own communication and ensuring that everyone involved understood how the brand should be built.
Solution
Navigator worked with ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems to develop a brand and communication platform that was based on the group's global strategy but also allowed for its own positioning. A new communication concept focusing on digital door solutions was also developed to create strong and consistent communication.
Outcome
The platform and concept was implemented in the different markets and today helps to support and streamline all activities at global level. Other business areas within the group have been helped to develop similar governing documents to support the organization.
