New Scouting section - New strategy yielded immediate results

13 Oct, 2021

Jonas Jaenecke, CEO of Söderberg & Haak, explains how they developed a 3-year plan/strategy to turn around a loss-making business, based on fundamental analysis. "Previously, we had 30 self-owned sales units, now we focus instead on national coverage through strong local dealers".

The strategy also means that all parts of the business model look different now. Jonas talks about external factors, about the industry's structures, what the strategy means and how they tackled the pandemic and the conditions that quickly changed their opportunities.

  • How do you keep delivery options open with the right inventory?
  • How do you maintain a close customer relationship when you can't work as you used to with large customer events?
  • How can you provide better service opportunities for customers despite geographical distances?
  • In what way is "Northern Sweden" a hot market?
