Winner of Sweden's Best Annual Report

Congratulations to our friends at Alligator Bioscience! Their annual report, which we at Navigator have been involved in producing, won the award for Sweden's Best Annual Report in the Small Cap category on Thursday. "Alligator is of a high standard, not least for a company on Nasdaq's Small Cap list, when it comes to providing the reader with a description of the company's projects that is as in-depth and educational as possible. "

Winner in the Small Cap category

The annual report for Alligator Bioscience, which we at Navigator have helped to produce, is the winner in the Small Cap category. The competition is organized by Nasdaq, the Swedish Society of Financial Analysts, FAR and the Swedish Communicators. The purpose of the competition Sweden's Best Annual Report is to highlight companies that communicate financial information in a transparent, reliable and honest way.

The competition has existed since the 1960s in slightly different forms, and in 2021, for the 2020 annual report, 308 Swedish companies on Nasdaq Stockholm have been assessed. Companies delisted during the year have been excluded from the review. Boliden AB, Addnode Group and Alligator Bioscience have Sweden's best annual reports for 2020 in the Large Cap, Mid Cap and Small Cap categories. SAS wins the award for Best Design.

Extract from the jury's motivation

The jury expressed that the information provided by Small Cap companies has developed strongly in recent years. Many use the landscape format and really try to describe projects, patents, research phases and the earnings model used by the company. The panel also feels that there is a continuous improvement in the information provided by these companies on other issues such as human resources and corporate governance, which are perhaps particularly important areas in these companies.

About Alligator Bioscience
