Navigator's international network is growing

Recently, there was a Managers Meeting in London for the CommUnity International network, of which Navigator has been a member for many years. It was the largest meeting to date with more than 50 agency managers from nearly 30 countries. Two new network agencies were welcomed into the community.

The theme of the two-day conference was, not unexpectedly, AI and how it affects our business. There were several renowned experts and speakers who, among other things, initiated discussions on SEO in an AI-driven world, and the impact of AI production on sustainability.

Two new network agencies

The conference welcomed two new agencies, Agency Dievision from Germany and 4SightGroup from Malta.

Dievision is a full-service agency offering strategic, creative and technical services in print, media and digital. Clients include Mercedes Benz, Continental, TUI, VW utility vehicles and GEFA Bank. The agency's 40+ employees are based in Hannover.

4Sight Group is a multidisciplinary agency based in Malta and Cyprus with a focus on the IT and digital sector. Clients include Ssang Yong, Petercraft boats, Golden Tulip, Design Hub Malta, Sunflower hotels etc.

Leadership development

Twice a year, the leaders of all agencies meet at a Managers Meeting. At these meetings, each agency presents some of its client cases and gives an overview of developments in its national market. In addition, renowned international speakers are invited to give their views on the current trends in selected areas. The management of each agency takes their new experiences home with them and shares the knowledge with their staff as part of their skills development.

Stronger together

Together, we are thousands of people in 32 agencies in 31 countries on all continents, ready to help our clients in their respective national, regional and local markets. Within the network, we work together because we want to, not because we have to. In joint client projects, there is an indirect transfer of knowledge from which we all benefit, but to further strengthen the exchange of experience, we make sure to meet regularly. Our common goal is to promote creative skills development and leadership development in our respective agencies.
