Are you our new digital marketer?

Are you a social and driven digital marketer with full control of platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and Google Ads? Then you could be Navigators new employee. We are currently looking for a digital marketer to join our team.

About the roles

As a digital marketer at Navigator, you will understand our clients' needs and business strategies to help them succeed in the digital arena. You will be part of a team with our digital strategists, where your main focus is to disseminate, optimize and manage the marketing activities that you develop together with the agency's creatives.

As part of the team at our agency, you will be involved in several parallel projects and work closely with project managers, copywriters, art directors and graphic designers. Your task is to be responsible for the digital perspective and constantly develop our clients' digital presence.

You will mainly work with:

  • Setting up and managing digital accounts
  • Media plan and campaign structure
  • Social media publishing and advertising
  • SEO and SEM
  • Target groups and segmentation
  • Analysis and reporting
  • Inbound marketing
  • Email marketing

About you

We believe that you are a structured, social and driven person who is used to working with others and who is not afraid to step in where needed. In addition to having a great understanding of the advertising networks, you also have a great technical interest and you have a good grasp of the industry's various systems and tools. You follow instructions well, enjoy taking on new tasks, solving problems and delivering on time. You like to take responsibility for planning your time and accurately report your activities in a timely manner while checking off your work list.

The role has a primarily technical and analytical focus, which means that we do not expect you to create material yourself in the form of videos, photos or copy - our creators will do that.

To succeed in this role, we look for you to have:

  • Relevant training in digital marketing
  • One or more years of experience working with digital marketing
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of social media advertising (mainly Meta and LinkedIn)
  • Knowledge of keyword optimization
  • Knowledge of analysis and reporting
  • Good written skills in Swedish and English

It is also advantageous if you can:

  • Snapchat, Tiktok and Twitter
  • Email marketing
  • Inbound marketing
  • Web and HTML
  • Marketing Automation (preferably Hubspot)
