New communication concept
Navigator has worked with Ecophon for many years, participating in a wide range of projects from concept development to global product launches. Together, we have also developed the new corporate identity and platform for the brand. Here is an example of what we have done.
Challenge
Saint-Gobain Ecophon Group wanted to highlight its Swedish origins to strengthen the brand and build in values that support the products' position in the premium segment. The group also wanted to take a position as a knowledge leader in acoustic solutions by promoting its specialists and sharing their knowledge with architects and decision-makers.
Solution
Navigator developed the group's new brand strategy and communication platform and carried out a comprehensive brand repositioning with a focus on Swedish heritage. The concept "The sound of Sweden" was developed and new marketing material was distributed globally.

Saint-Gobain Ecophon Group is the industry's knowledge leader in room acoustics, especially in the focus areas of healthcare, offices and schools. The brand is closely associated with the Swedish heritage and the group has a strong position as a partner to all target groups in the world looking for a premium brand in acoustic solutions and wall absorbers.
Lifting the Swedish origin
The brand strategy and communication concept is based on Swedish nature and the clean, sustainable feeling it conveys. One of Ecophon's ambitions is to try to recreate the natural sound of the outdoors in, for example, a forest indoors in an office landscape.
Brand book
The brand strategy for Ecophon is clearly described and visualized in the company's brand book so that it is easily accessible to everyone who is the messenger of the brand in different contexts.
Culture handbook
The story of the brand and culture of the company is well packaged in a handbook that makes it easy for new employees to understand and existing employees to be reminded of the value of a strong culture.
Communication platform and graphic guidelines
