Development of a new communication concept

Navigator has been involved in a wide range of strategic and communication projects together with Arjo. Here is an example of an assignment that contains several important elements.

Mission statement

Arjo needed help with the packaging and development of a communication concept for its service offering to the global market.

Solution

Together, the strategic concept "Focus on what matters" was developed and implemented in the organization.

Outcome

The developed concept and packaging now permeate all communication about Arjo Care and have helped to clarify the offer to different target groups.

 

Packaging in different levels

As part of the assignment, Navigator and Arjo jointly developed a structure and packaging of the offer in different levels.

Anchoring in local markets

Materials for implementing and anchoring the messages in the local markets were also developed.

Uniform communication material

To facilitate external communication in local markets, a global toolkit was developed with a uniform profile and different types of units and activities.

Modular sales support material

To facilitate the introduction of sales, Navigator developed a modular sales support material in collaboration with Arjo to create flexibility and uniformity.

Flexible and adaptable system

Thanks to the modular approach, the finished sales support material is easy to adapt digitally for each meeting depending on the target group and needs.

Print and online

Templates were developed for the presentation of different products and product groups on the web and in print.
