For many years, Navigator has been part of the global network of owner-led agencies, Dialogue International. 2020 the network merged with another well-established network, CommWorld, creating CommUnity International. Today, this agency network is one of the strongest in Europe for clients who wish to communicate on a global market. Thanks to CommUnity International, Navigator can be an even stronger partner to our international clients. 

1000 co-workers

Together, we are close to 1000 co-workers ready to help our clients on their national, regional and local markets. We work together by choice and make sure to meet once in a while. We like to exchange knowledge and get to know creatives and strategists from other countries.

Creative skills development

Once a year, we are invited to participate in a three-day long Creative Forum, where selected creatives, strategists and project managers work together to solve a case for a real or fictive client. The teams are mixed with participants from different countries, with diverse experience and knowledge.

Managers’ meeting

Twice a year, the agency managers meet in a Managers’ Meeting. During these events, the participants present relevant client cases and discuss the development of the agency and the national market. Well-known, international speakers are invited to give their view on current trends in selected areas. The Managers’ Meeting is another important part of the skill exchange within the network, and managers share their newfound knowledge with their employees when returned to the agency.
